Cancellation and Refund Policy:
You acknowledge that (1) your cancellation, or attempted or purported cancellation, of an order or (2) cancellation due to reasons not attributable to G4, such as providing incorrect details, contact number, or delivery address, being unresponsive, unreachable, or unavailable for service fulfillment, constitutes a breach of your unconditional and irrevocable authorization to G4 to place the order (“Authorization Breach”). In case of an Authorization Breach, you will be liable to pay liquidated damages equal to the order value. You authorize G4 to deduct or collect the amount payable as liquidated damages through any means determined by G4, including deducting the amount from your next order.
There may be cases where G4 is unable to accept your order or cancels it due to reasons like technical errors, unavailability of ordered items, or any other reason attributable to G4, the Restaurant Partner/Store, or Delivery Partner. In these cases, G4 will not charge you a cancellation fee. If the order is canceled after payment, and you are eligible for a refund of the order value or any part thereof, the amount will be reversed to you.
No replacement, refund, or other resolution will be provided without the Restaurant Partner/Store’s permission.
If you have a complaint about your order, including food spillage, foreign objects in food, wrong order delivery, poor quality, etc., you must provide proof of the complaint before any resolution can be provided.
You are not entitled to a refund if the instructions placed with your order are not followed in the way you intended. Instructions are followed by the Restaurant Partner/Store on a best-efforts basis.
All refunds will be processed in the same manner as they were received, unless refunds were provided to you in the form of credits. The refund amount will be reflected in your account based on the respective bank policies.
