I. Welcome to G4
Thank you for choosing G4! These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) outline your legal rights and obligations regarding your access to and use of the G4 website at https://g4.business (the “Site”) and any associated mobile or software applications (“G4 Platform”), including but not limited to services provided through the website, both current and future, that reference these Terms (collectively, the “Services”).
These Terms apply to all current and future G4 users, including but not limited to those with access to the ‘Vendor management page’ to oversee their claimed listings as product providers, service providers, or property owners.
Please review these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the G4 Platform, you agree to these Terms, creating a legally binding agreement with Sotor Easy Life Technologies LLP (referred to hereafter as “G4” or “G4.Business”). If you do not accept these Terms or cannot legally be bound by them, you may not use the Services. Use of the G4 Platform is at your own discretion, including potential exposure to content that may be deemed inappropriate or objectionable.
You can accept the Terms by:
Clicking to agree or accept the Terms as presented within the user interface of any specific Service on G4; or
Using the Services, in which case you acknowledge and agree that G4 will consider your use of the Services as acceptance of the Terms from that point forward.
II. Definitions
The following terms have the meanings provided below:
Customer: This refers to you, the user of the Services. A Customer is anyone who accesses or uses the Services for purposes such as sharing, displaying, hosting, publishing, transacting, or uploading information, opinions, or images. This also includes individuals jointly participating in using the Services, including but not limited to those with access to the ‘Vendor management page’ to oversee their claimed listings or otherwise.
Content: This includes, but is not limited to, reviews, images, photos, audio, video, location data, nearby locations, and other forms of information or data. “Your Content” or “Customer Content” means content that you upload, share, or transmit through or in connection with the Services, such as likes, ratings, reviews, images, photos, messages, chat communication, profile details, or any materials you publicly display or are visible in your account profile. “G4 Content” refers to content created by G4 and made available in connection with the Services, including but not limited to visual interfaces, interactive features, graphics, design elements, compilations, code, products, software, aggregate ratings, reports, and other usage-related data linked to activities associated with your account, and all other components of the Services, excluding Your Content and Third-Party Content. “Third-Party Content” refers to content provided by parties other than G4 or its Customers, such as Vendor listings, and is accessible through the Services.
Vendor: This refers to any product provider, service provider, or property listing owner featured on the G4 Platform.
III. Eligibility to Use G4 Services
You represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years old and are fully capable and competent to understand, agree to, and comply with the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms.
You also confirm that you are following all laws and regulations of your country of residence when accessing and using the Services. You agree to use the Services in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws, ensuring that your use does not infringe our legal rights or those of any third parties.
IV. Changes to the Terms
G4 may, at its sole discretion, modify, amend, or update these Terms periodically. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms regularly to ensure ongoing compliance. Your continued use of the G4 Platform after any modifications or updates to the Terms will constitute your explicit acceptance of those changes, and you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
V. Translation of the Terms
G4 may provide translations of the English version of these Terms into other languages. You acknowledge and agree that any translations are offered solely for convenience, and the English version will govern the terms of your relationship with G4. In case of any inconsistencies between the English version of the Terms and its translations, the English version shall take precedence.
VI. Services Provided by G4
G4 is continuously improving to deliver the best possible experience to its Customers. You acknowledge and agree that the structure and nature of the Services G4 provides may require certain changes, and G4 reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or discontinue any product or service at any time without notice, as well as to modify or alter the content, products, and services available on the site without prior notification.
The software, or the software application store from which the software is downloaded, may include functionality to automatically check for updates or upgrades to the software. Unless your device settings restrict transmission or use of upgrades or updates, you agree that G4, or the applicable software application store, may notify you of available updates and may automatically apply updates or upgrades to your device or computer as needed. You may need to install certain updates to continue accessing or using the Services, or portions of them (including updates aimed at resolving specific issues). Any updates or upgrades provided under these Terms will be considered part of the Services.
You acknowledge and agree that if G4 disables access to your account, you may lose access to the Services, your account information, or any files or other content stored in your account.
You acknowledge and agree that although G4 may not currently impose limits on the number of transmissions you may send or receive through the Services, G4 may set such limits at its discretion.
To continuously enhance the G4 Platform and Services, we may conduct research and test various features across different aspects of our offerings, such as apps, websites, user interfaces, and promotional campaigns. As a result, some Customers may experience features differently at any given time. This process aims to make the G4 Platform more user-friendly, improve Customer experience, enhance the safety and security of our services, and support the development of new services and features.
By using G4’s Services, you agree to the following disclaimers:
The Content on these Services is for informational purposes only. G4 disclaims any liability for information that may have become outdated since its last update. G4 reserves the right to make changes and corrections to any Content on these Services at any time without prior notice. G4 does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or availability of any products, services, or other offerings from any Vendor listed on the Platform. Unless stated otherwise, all materials on these Services are either owned by or licensed to G4. If you believe any content on these Services violates your copyright, please submit a takedown request by using the “Contact Us” link on the home page and specifying the exact URL.
Any certifications, licenses, or permits (“Certifications”) or related information displayed on a Vendor’s listing page on the G4 Platform are for informational purposes only and are provided by the Vendor. G4 does not warrant the validity, authenticity, reliability, or accuracy of such Certifications or any associated information. Any reliance on these Certifications is strictly at your own risk, and G4 assumes no liability for any discrepancies, inaccuracies, or non-compliance with local laws or regulations by the Vendor.
G4 reserves the right to charge a subscription and/or membership fee for any product or service and/or impose other charges or fees on a per-order basis for products or services on the G4 Platform in the future.
G4 may occasionally introduce referral and/or incentive-based programs for Customers (the “Program”). These Programs may be subject to their specific terms and conditions. By participating in a Program, you agree to be bound by the Program’s terms as well as the G4 Platform Terms. G4 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Customer’s account, as well as any points, credits, or benefits earned, if G4 determines that the Customer has violated Program rules or engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activities. Furthermore, G4 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or discontinue any Program without notice.
G4 may occasionally offer credits, promo codes, vouchers, or cashback at its discretion. G4 reserves the right to modify, convert, cancel, or discontinue such credits, promo codes, or vouchers as it deems appropriate.
VII. Your Use of the Services
1. G4 Customer or Vendor Account
To use certain features of the Services, including creating a vendor listing, you must create an account. Any personal information provided during account creation is governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and maintaining the security of your account, including all changes and activities occurring within it.
You may have the option to register for the Services by logging in through a third-party social networking account (e.g., Facebook). By doing so, you confirm that you own the social media account and can provide your login information. You authorize us to access your authentication information and other relevant details consistent with your settings on the social media platform.
By creating an account or claiming a business listing, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and agree to keep it updated. If claiming a business listing, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized agent of the business. You may not impersonate others, create accounts for others without authorization, use a false email, or make multiple listings without permission. Unauthorized claiming of business listings may result in liability for damages.
You are responsible for all activities under your account and agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You further agree not to permit third-party use of your G4 account and accept responsibility for any unauthorized access.
By creating an account, you consent to receive certain communications from G4 related to the Services, such as activity notifications from other Customers. You can manage preferences for non-essential communications within your account settings.
2. Additional Terms
G4 may offer value-added telephony services to connect you with certain Vendors through phone lines listed on Vendor pages. These calls may be recorded for billing and service quality purposes. If you do not wish for such recordings, please refrain from using these phone services. By using G4-provided phone lines, you consent to such recordings.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes, in accordance with these Terms and any applicable laws, regulations, or accepted guidelines within your jurisdiction.
You agree to use G4-owned data (accessible via Services, APIs, etc.) solely for personal use and not for commercial purposes, except as allowed under the ‘Claim Your Business Listing’ access or as otherwise authorized by G4 in writing.
You agree not to access the Services through any means other than the provided interface unless authorized in a separate agreement with G4. Automated access (e.g., scripts, web crawlers) is prohibited unless specifically permitted, and you agree to follow any instructions outlined in the Services’ robots.txt file.
You agree not to engage in any activities that interfere with or disrupt the Services or related networks. You will not delete or alter content posted by other Customers and agree not to engage in unsolicited messaging or spamming, including emails, posts, or messages.
VIII. Content
1. Ownership of G4 Content and Proprietary Rights
G4 retains exclusive ownership of the Services and all proprietary rights associated with G4 Content, including copyrights, trademarks, and other IP Rights worldwide. The Services are original works developed with considerable effort and investment, and you acknowledge their proprietary and confidential nature.
You agree to safeguard G4’s and its licensors’ IP Rights and to comply with requests to protect these rights. You acknowledge that G4 or its licensors retain all rights to the Services, including IP Rights, and that no part of the Services or associated proprietary information may be disclosed without G4’s consent. Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, you have no right to use G4’s brand features.
You are prohibited from using framing techniques to enclose G4’s trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information or altering any proprietary marks in any form. Unauthorized use may result in legal action and liability under applicable laws.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, G4 does not guarantee that use of its materials will not infringe third-party rights. You agree to notify G4 of any claims regarding infringement immediately as outlined in section XVI.
2. Your License to G4 Content
G4 grants you a personal, limited, non-transferable license to access and use the Services solely as allowed under these Terms. You may use available information only for personal, non-commercial purposes. Unauthorized uses, including copying, distributing, or creating derivative works from G4 Content, are prohibited.
Violation of license provisions may result in immediate termination of access and potential IP Rights infringement liability.
3. G4 License to Your Content
By submitting Your Content, you grant G4 a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it in any media or context, including through API partnerships. “Use” includes copying, distributing, modifying, commercializing, and creating derivative works from Your Content. You authorize G4 to use your submitted name or username in connection with Your Content and waive any moral rights associated with it.
4. Representations Regarding Your Content
You are responsible for ensuring you own or control all rights to Your Content or have permissions to submit it. Your Content should not violate any laws or G4 policies, and should be truthful and accurate.
For reviews, you affirm that they reflect personal experiences without incentive, compensation, or conflicts of interest.
You accept all risks related to Your Content, including others’ reliance on its quality or accuracy. While G4 reserves the right to remove Content, it does not control all Customer content and holds no liability for it.
5. Content Removal
G4 reserves the right to remove any Content deemed objectionable or in violation of the Terms without notice. Subject to applicable law, G4 is not required to return removed Content.
6. Third Party Content and Links
Some G4 Services may include links to third-party materials. Your use of these materials is subject to the respective third-party terms.
G4 does not guarantee the accuracy or legality of third-party content and reserves the right to update or correct any content at its discretion.
G4 disclaims responsibility for third-party views or liabilities arising from external resources and third-party content.
7. Customer Reviews
Customer reviews reflect individual opinions and do not represent G4’s stance. G4 provides a neutral platform for communication between Customers and business representatives.
G4 does not mediate review disputes. Restaurants concerned about reviews may address reviewers directly or report violations for G4 to review. G4 may remove reviews violating its policies at its discretion.
IX. Content Guidelines and Privacy Policy

You affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Guidelines and Policies regarding Content.
2. Privacy Policy
You confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Privacy Policy. Note that we may disclose your information to third parties or government authorities if deemed necessary for the following reasons:
to address suspected illegal activities;
to enforce our Terms and Privacy Policy;
to comply with legal processes such as search warrants, subpoenas, or other governmental inquiries;
to protect our rights, reputation, and property, as well as those of our Customers, affiliates, or the public.
X. Restrictions on Using G4 Services
You will not:
Violate any G4 guidelines or policies.
Post or share content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable. This includes content that invades another person’s privacy or is related to illegal activities like money laundering or gambling.
Submit fake or misleading reviews that do not accurately reflect the business being reviewed.
Share content that is inappropriate or violates G4’s standards of taste.
Violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights like copyrights, trademarks, or patents.
Accuse others of illegal activities or describe physical altercations.
Share information about health code violations that require reporting to health authorities. (Please refer to G4’s guidelines for details about health code violations.)
Engage in any illegal activities or violate any laws or regulations.
Attempt to impersonate another person or entity.
Hide or try to hide the origin of your content, such as by using a false name or disguising your IP address.
Engage in deceptive advertising or create a conflict of interest.
Post commercial content, including spam, surveys, contests, pyramid schemes, or content shared in exchange for payment.
Claim that your content is sponsored or endorsed by G4.
Post content in a language other than English (or the relevant language for products or services provided in foreign languages).
XI. Feedback and Suggestions
If you share any ideas, suggestions, or feedback about G4’s services (“Feedback”), you agree to the following:
Your Feedback does not contain confidential information belonging to any third party.
G4 is not obligated to keep your Feedback confidential and can use it freely.
G4 may have already received similar ideas from other users or might be considering or developing similar features.
By sharing your Feedback, you give G4 a non-exclusive right to use, modify, publish, and distribute it. You also give up any claim against G4 regarding your Feedback.
Please focus your Feedback on existing G4 products or marketing strategies. We do not encourage submitting ideas that are outside of G4’s current offerings.
Important Note: G4 and its team do not accept unsolicited ideas, including those for new advertising campaigns, promotions, product improvements, technology advancements, marketing plans, or new names. Please do not send G4 any unsolicited ideas, creative artwork, suggestions, or other materials (“Submissions”). This policy helps us avoid any potential misunderstandings or disagreements when G4’s services might resemble submitted ideas.
If you submit ideas despite this request, the following terms apply to your Submissions:
Your Submissions automatically become G4’s property without any compensation to you.
G4 can use or share your Submissions for any purpose.
G4 is not required to review your Submission.
G4 is not required to keep your Submission confidential.
XII. Advertising
Some of the Services are supported by advertising revenue and may display advertisements and promotions. These advertisements may be targeted to the content of information stored on the Services, queries made through the Services, or other information. The manner, mode, and extent of advertising by G4 on the Services are subject to change without specific notice to you. In consideration for G4 granting you access to and use of the Services, you agree that G4 may place such advertising on the Services.
Part of the site may contain advertising information or promotional material or other material submitted to G4 by third parties or Customers. Responsibility for ensuring that material submitted for inclusion on the G4 Platform or mobile apps complies with applicable international and national law is exclusively on the party providing the information/material. Your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of, advertisers other than G4 found on or through the G4 Platform and or mobile apps, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties, or representations associated with such dealings, shall be solely between you and such advertiser. G4 will not be responsible or liable for any error or omission, inaccuracy in advertising material, or any loss or damage of any sort incurred as a result of any such dealings or as a result of the presence of such other advertiser(s) on the G4 Platform and mobile application.
For any information related to a charitable campaign (“Charitable Campaign”) sent to Customers and/or displayed on the G4 Platform where Customers have an option to donate money by way of (a) payment on a third-party website; or (b) depositing funds to a third-party bank account, G4 is not involved in any manner in the collection or utilization of funds collected pursuant to the Charitable Campaign. G4 does not accept any responsibility or liability for the accuracy, completeness, legality, or reliability of any information related to the Charitable Campaign. Information related to the Charitable Campaign is displayed for informational purposes only and Customers are advised to do independent verification before taking any action in this regard.
XIII. Additional Terms and Conditions for G4 Services
1. Food Ordering and Delivery:
G4 provides food ordering and delivery services by partnering with restaurants (“Restaurant Partners”) and stores (“Stores”) on a principal-to-principal basis. This means G4 lists their menu items or products (“Products”) for ordering and delivery by users (“Customers”) on the G4 platform.
Customers can view the menu items or Products listed on the G4 platform and place orders with Restaurant Partners/Stores through G4.
When you request to order food or Products from a Restaurant Partner or Store on the G4 platform, you authorize G4 to place the order on your behalf. This authorization is unconditional and cannot be revoked.
Delivery of your order placed through the G4 platform might be handled directly by the Restaurant Partner/Store or facilitated by G4 through a third-party delivery service (“Delivery Partners”). G4 acts as an intermediary between you and the Delivery Partners or Restaurant Partners/Stores, but does not directly provide delivery services.
When a Delivery Partner accepts your order, a service agreement is formed between you and the Delivery Partner under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. G4 is not a party to this agreement. G4 is not responsible for any actions or omissions by Delivery Partners, including service deficiencies, incorrect deliveries, delivery times, order tampering, etc.
G4 might group your order with other orders for efficient delivery.
You may be charged a delivery fee (“Delivery Charges”) by the Delivery Partner or Restaurant Partner/Store. G4 is authorized to collect these charges on their behalf. Delivery Charges may vary based on factors like distance, time of day, and Restaurant Partner/Store. You are responsible for Delivery Charges even if you were not aware of them beforehand.
In addition to Delivery Charges, you might be charged a delivery surge (“Delivery Surge”) determined based on factors like distance, demand, traffic, and weather conditions. G4 is authorized to collect these charges on behalf of the Restaurant Partner/Store or Delivery Partner. Delivery Surge may vary based on factors like Restaurant Partner/Store, order value, distance, and peak hours. G4 will try its best to inform you about Delivery Surge, but you are responsible for any incurred charges regardless of your awareness.
For your order, G4 will issue documents like order summaries, tax invoices, etc., as per applicable laws and common business practices.
You are expected to treat Delivery Partners with respect and dignity. You agree not to discriminate against any Delivery Partner based on legally protected characteristics. You must ensure a safe and secure work environment for Delivery Partners, including preventing harassment.
A. Food Ordering and Delivery with Restaurant Partners:
Prices listed on the G4 platform are provided by the Restaurant Partner, including packaging charges, if any. These prices are displayed as received from the Restaurant Partner. While G4 tries to keep prices updated, the final price charged by the Restaurant Partner might vary. In case of a discrepancy between the G4 price and the Restaurant Partner’s price, the Restaurant Partner’s price will be considered correct, except for the G4 Delivery Charges.
On-Time Guarantee: Some Restaurant Partners may offer this service. G4 uses its technology platform to allocate a suitable Delivery Partner to minimize order delays. This includes prioritizing Delivery Partner assignments and ensuring that orders with the On-Time Guarantee are not grouped with other orders. However, you acknowledge that this service is facilitated by the Delivery Partner on a best effort basis. If your order does not arrive on time, you will be eligible to receive a coupon up to 100% of your order value. You must claim the Coupon within 24 hours of delivery, otherwise, you will not be eligible. The Coupon will be valid for 3 days from receipt. The Coupon will not be issued if:
The delay is due to unforeseen circumstances like strikes, natural disasters, or the Restaurant Partner’s inability to fulfill the order.
You change, edit, or cancel your order in any way, including adding or changing items or requesting delivery to a different location.
You engage in actions that intentionally delay the order, such as asking the Delivery Partner to wait or not responding to calls.
The order is a bulk order (as per G4’s standard order size).
The order is canceled for any reason.
For the purpose of this clause, “On-Time Guarantee Time” means the Promised Delivery Time, which starts when the Restaurant Partner accepts the order. The actual delivery time is counted from the time the Restaurant Partner accepts the order until the Delivery Partner reaches within 100 meters of your location or the first barrier point (security guard, reception, etc.), whichever is earlier. “Coupon” means a one-time code generated by G4 for delays in On-Time Guarantee Time and is subject to applicable conditions.
G4 Gold for Food Ordering and Delivery: G4 Gold members in India can avail Discounts (as defined below) extended by Partner Restaurants (as defined below) on home delivery. Please refer to the terms and conditions set out below in clause 4.
G4 Gift:
You can place an order with a Restaurant Partner to be delivered to someone else, your loved ones (“Gift Recipient”), as a gift (“Gift Order”).
To place a Gift Order, you must provide the Gift Recipient’s contact details, including name, phone number, address, etc. (“Contact Information”), to enable the Restaurant Partner and Delivery Partner to deliver the Gift Order.
By using the G4 Gift feature, you guarantee that you have obtained the Gift Recipient’s consent to provide G4 with their Contact Information. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless G4, its directors, employees, affiliates, and subsidiaries, and their respective directors and employees, from any claims or disputes initiated by the Gift Recipient whose Contact Information was provided by you for the purpose of placing the Gift Order.
By placing a Gift Order, you are responsible for any refusal by the Gift Recipient or any prejudice suffered by them or G4.
If the Gift Recipient is not contactable, the Restaurant Partner, Delivery Partner, or G4 may contact you for assistance.
You can send a message with the Gift Order, which G4 will try to deliver. However, sometimes the message cannot be sent.
You will not be charged any additional payment for a Gift Order. All charges will be similar to those for a regular online order.
If the Gift Recipient has any issues with the Gift Order, they can contact you or use the chat support on the G4 platform or email G4 at order@g4.business.
Any refund on the Gift Order will be provided to the sender, and the Gift Recipient will not receive any benefit.
You explicitly consent to the collection, use, and transfer, in electronic or other forms, of personal information for the purpose of G4 Gift. You will be required to share certain personal information with G4, including your name, phone number, email address, and payment details. G4 will use this information in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on https://g4.business/privacy.
All other terms and conditions for food ordering and delivery services provided herein under clause XIII[1] shall apply as is.
Order Deletion: If you delete an order from your G4 order history on the G4 mobile application, the following terms apply:
Your order details will be completely removed from the G4 platform. Once an order is deleted, it cannot be retrieved from the “your orders” tab on the mobile application, and no support will be offered for deleted orders. However, deleted orders will remain in G4’s records in accordance with the privacy policy.
G4 is not responsible if the deleted order can be traced due to:
Interruptions, service or technology failures, or problems with the internet or electronic communications systems outside of G4’s control.
Order details still being available on your email, SMS, or other communication channels.
Any stakeholder (including the Restaurant Partner or Delivery Partner) contacting you through the information you shared with them or any third party directly.
The Restaurant Partner handling deliveries directly contacting you.
Payment details for the order being available in your bank statement.
On-Time Delivery: Some Restaurant Partners may offer this service. G4 uses its technology platform to allocate a suitable Delivery Partner to minimize order delays. However, you acknowledge that this service is facilitated by the Delivery Partner on a best effort basis. If your order does not arrive on or before the On-Time Delivery time, you will receive a Coupon (of the value as may be communicated on the G4 platform) to redeem on your next order at any restaurant. The Coupon will be valid for 5 days from receipt. The Coupon will not be issued if:
The delay is due to unforeseen circumstances like strikes, natural disasters, or the Restaurant Partner’s inability to fulfill the order.
You change, edit, or cancel your order in any way, including adding or changing items or requesting delivery to a different location.
You engage in actions that intentionally delay the order, such as asking the Delivery Partner to wait or not responding to calls.
The order is a scheduled or bulk order (as per G4’s standard order size).
The order is canceled for any reason.
The order is marked as cash on delivery.
The order is placed during high demand or peak hours, which is highly likely during festivals or holidays.
For the purpose of this clause, “On-Time Delivery” means the Promised Delivery Time, which starts when the Restaurant Partner accepts the order. The actual delivery time is counted from the time the Restaurant Partner accepts the order until the Delivery Partner reaches within 100 meters of your location or the first barrier point (security guard, reception, etc.), whichever is earlier. “Coupon” means a one-time code generated by G4 for delays and is subject to applicable conditions.
B. General Terms and Conditions:
G4 is not a manufacturer, seller, or distributor of food, beverages, or Products. G4 places orders on behalf of Customers with Restaurant Partners/Stores pursuant to the unconditional and irrevocable authority granted by Customers. G4 facilitates the sale and purchase of food, beverages, or Products between Customers and Restaurant Partners/Stores.
G4 is not responsible for any actions or omissions by Restaurant Partners/Stores, including service deficiencies, incorrect deliveries, order mismatches, quality issues, incorrect pricing, deficient quantities, or delays in preparation or delivery.
Restaurant Partners/Stores are solely responsible for any warranties or guarantees on food, beverages, or Products sold to Customers. G4 is not liable for these warranties or guarantees.
In India, G4 clarifies that any violation of applicable rules and regulations related to food products, Products, or Pre-Packed Goods is the sole responsibility of the sellers, brand owners, vendors, Restaurant Partners/Stores, importers, or manufacturers. For clarity, “Pre-Packed Goods” means food and beverages items that are packaged in any way, preventing changes without tampering, and are ready for sale to the customer, as defined under the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006.
You should check the description of the food or beverage item you are ordering, including any age restrictions, before placing your order. G4 is not responsible if the item you ordered does not meet your dietary or other requirements.
When placing an order, you must provide accurate and complete details, including your contact number and delivery address. By providing these details, you agree to G4’s terms and privacy policies.
You cannot resell food, beverages, or Products purchased through the G4 platform.
The total price for your food order, including Delivery Charges and other charges, will be displayed on the G4 platform when you place your order. You will make full payment for the ordered food or Products.
Any charges added to your order value by G4 are inclusive of applicable taxes.
Delivery periods/Takeaway times quoted during ordering are estimates only and may vary.
Personal Promo codes can only be used by you, subject to the terms and conditions set by G4 from time to time.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
You acknowledge that (1) your cancellation, or attempted or purported cancellation, of an order or (2) cancellation due to reasons not attributable to G4, such as providing incorrect details, contact number, or delivery address, being unresponsive, unreachable, or unavailable for service fulfillment, constitutes a breach of your unconditional and irrevocable authorization to G4 to place the order (“Authorization Breach”). In case of an Authorization Breach, you will be liable to pay liquidated damages equal to the order value. You authorize G4 to deduct or collect the amount payable as liquidated damages through any means determined by G4, including deducting the amount from your next order.
There may be cases where G4 is unable to accept your order or cancels it due to reasons like technical errors, unavailability of ordered items, or any other reason attributable to G4, the Restaurant Partner/Store, or Delivery Partner. In these cases, G4 will not charge you a cancellation fee. If the order is canceled after payment, and you are eligible for a refund of the order value or any part thereof, the amount will be reversed to you.
No replacement, refund, or other resolution will be provided without the Restaurant Partner/Store’s permission.
If you have a complaint about your order, including food spillage, foreign objects in food, wrong order delivery, poor quality, etc., you must provide proof of the complaint before any resolution can be provided.
You are not entitled to a refund if the instructions placed with your order are not followed in the way you intended. Instructions are followed by the Restaurant Partner/Store on a best-efforts basis.
All refunds will be processed in the same manner as they were received, unless refunds were provided to you in the form of credits. The refund amount will be reflected in your account based on the respective bank policies.
2. G4 Wallet
G4 Wallet is not a stored value wallet, but a service to make it easy to shop on the G4 platform. Being a mere technology service, it does not require or has any RBI license for stored value, and hence it should not be used as a means to hold currency or to do any offline transaction.
G4 Wallet is not accepted anywhere offline, and balances between users cannot be transferred.
G4 Wallet is to be used only for refunds for customers and to process payments for vendors and delivery partners.
Customers are requested to use any refunds issued in the wallet within 30 working days. After expiry, G4, at its sole discretion, may send communications to the customer to use the wallet balance.
G4 Wallet is a technology product for mainly convenience and should not be used for anything otherwise intended.
Top-up wallet facility is offered only so that customers can add funds to pay for an ongoing order. In case of misuse of top-up funds facility by any customer to store large amounts in the wallet, without any intention to make a purchase, such customer’s G4 account or wallet access may be revoked by G4.
All funds topped up by a user must be used within a 24-hour period for an order on the G4 platform.
At the time of account deletion or termination, the customer should contact G4 to transfer any remaining balance in the wallet to the customer’s bank account by providing identity proof and bank statement/check from one of the contact methods available in the app – or email at g4nearyou@gmail.com
While processing any refunds, if the customer has used the G4 wallet top-up facility and an online payment gateway like Razorpay or Payu or other payment gateways services configured on the platform, then the online payment gateway fees of 2.5% will be deducted from the total refundable value, as gateway charges are non-refundable.
XIV. Disclaimers, Liability Limits, and Indemnification
1. Disclaimers of Warranties:
You acknowledge and agree that the G4 services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Your use of the G4 services is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the G4 Parties (including G4, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, branches, subsidiaries, and licensors) disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the G4 services, including mobile apps, and your use of them. This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
The G4 Parties make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the G4 services or their content. The G4 Parties are not responsible for:
Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in the content.
Personal injury or property damage resulting from your access and use of the G4 services.
Unauthorized access to or use of G4 servers or any personal information stored there.
Interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the G4 services.
Bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or other harmful code transmitted to or through the G4 services by third parties.
Loss of your data or content from the G4 services.
Errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage resulting from using any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the G4 services.
You download or obtain any material through the G4 services at your own discretion and risk. You are solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or device or loss of data resulting from downloading such material. The G4 Parties are not responsible for monitoring any transactions between you and third-party providers of products or services. You are solely responsible for all communications and interactions with other G4 users and other persons with whom you communicate or interact as a result of using the G4 services.
You agree that, unless expressly authorized by G4 in writing, you will not use any trademark, service mark, trade name, or logo of any company or organization in a way that is likely to cause confusion about the owner or authorized user of such marks, names, or logos.
2. Limitation of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, under no circumstances will the G4 Parties be liable to you for any damages resulting from:
Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in the content.
Personal injury or property damage of any nature resulting from your access to and use of the G4 services.
Unauthorized access to or use of G4 servers or any personal information stored there.
Interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the G4 services.
Bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or other harmful code transmitted to or through the G4 services by third parties.
Loss of your data or content from the G4 services.
Errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the G4 services.
The disclosure of information pursuant to these Terms or G4’s Privacy Policy.
Your failure to keep your password or account details secure and confidential.
Loss or damage incurred by you, including but not limited to loss or damage as a result of reliance placed by you on the completeness, accuracy, or existence of any advertising, or as a result of any relationship or transaction between you and any advertiser or sponsor whose advertising appears on the G4 services.
Delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond G4’s reasonable control.
The G4 Parties will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages, however caused and under any theory of liability, including but not limited to any loss of profit (whether incurred directly or indirectly), any loss of goodwill or business reputation, any loss of data suffered, cost of procurement of substitute goods or services, or other intangible loss.
Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the G4 Parties from and against any third-party claims, damages (actual and/or consequential), actions, proceedings, demands, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) suffered or reasonably incurred by us arising as a result of, or in connection with:
Your Content.
Your unauthorized use of the G4 services or products or services included or advertised in the G4 services.
Your access to and use of the G4 services.
Your violation of any rights of another party.
Your breach of these Terms, including but not limited to any infringement by you of the copyright or intellectual property rights of any third party.
G4 retains the exclusive right to settle, compromise, and pay, without your prior consent, any and all claims or causes of action which are brought against us. G4 reserves the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of these claims. You agree not to settle any matter in which we are named as a defendant and/or for which you have indemnity obligations without our prior written consent. G4 will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any such claim, action, or proceeding upon becoming aware of it.
XV. Termination of Your Access to G4 Services
You can delete your G4 account at any time by contacting us through the “Contact Us” link at the bottom of every page or by following these steps: Go to Profile > Settings > Security > Click on the ‘Delete Account’ button. You should also stop using the G4 Services.
G4 may terminate your use of the G4 services and deny you access to the services at our sole discretion for any reason, including, but not limited to:
Your violation of these Terms.
Your lack of use of the G4 services.
You agree that any termination of your access to the G4 services may be made without prior notice. You acknowledge and agree that we may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information, or bar any further access to your account or the G4 services. If you use the G4 services in violation of these Terms, we may, at our discretion, retain all data collected from your use of the G4 services.
You agree that G4 is not liable to you or any third party for the discontinuation or termination of your access to the G4 services.
XVI. General Terms
Interpretation: The section and subject headings in these Terms are for reference only and should not be used to interpret any provision of these Terms.
Entire Agreement and Waiver: These Terms, together with the “Privacy Policy” and “Guidelines and Policies,” represent the entire agreement between you and G4 regarding the G4 services. Any failure or delay by G4 in exercising any right, power, or privilege under these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of such right or acceptance of any variation of these Terms. Similarly, a single or partial exercise of any right, power, or privilege by either party shall not preclude any further exercise of that right or the exercise of any other right, power, or privilege.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable by a court for any reason, that provision will be deemed severed from these Terms, and the remainder of the Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
Partnership or Agency: None of the provisions of these Terms shall be deemed to constitute a partnership or agency between you and G4. You have no authority to bind G4 in any way.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms will be governed by the laws of India. The Courts of Nagpur, Maharashtra, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under these Terms.
Statute of Limitations: You must commence any legal action against G4 within one (1) year after the alleged harm initially occurs. Failure to commence the action within that period shall forever bar any claims or causes of action regarding the same facts or occurrence, notwithstanding any statute of limitations or other law to the contrary. Within this period, any failure by G4 to enforce or exercise any provision of these Terms or any related right shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Carrier Rates: When you access the G4 services through a mobile device or other device, you may be subject to charges by your internet or mobile service provider. Please check with your provider if you are unsure, as you are solely responsible for any costs incurred.
Linking and Framing: You may not frame the G4 Services. You may link to the G4 services, provided that you acknowledge and agree that you will not link the G4 services to any website containing any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent, or unlawful topic, name, material, or information, or that violates any intellectual property, proprietary, privacy, or publicity rights. Any violation of this provision may, at G4’s discretion, result in the termination of your use of and access to the G4 services, effective immediately.
XVII. Notice of Copyright Infringement
G4 is not liable for any copyright infringement arising from materials posted or transmitted through the G4 platform, items advertised on the G4 platform, or actions taken by end users or third parties. G4 respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the G4 services to do the same.
G4 may, at its discretion, remove or disable access to material on the G4 services that infringes upon the copyright rights of others. G4 may also, at its discretion, remove or disable links or references to an online location that contains infringing material or infringing activity. If any G4 users repeatedly infringe on others’ copyrights, G4 may, at its sole discretion, terminate those users’ rights to use the G4 services.
If you believe that your copyright has been or is being infringed upon by material found on the G4 services, you must follow the procedure below to file a notification:
Identify the copyrighted material: Clearly state in writing the copyrighted material that you claim has been infringed upon.
Identify the infringing material: Clearly state in writing the material on the G4 services that you allege is infringing upon copyrighted material and provide sufficient information that reasonably identifies the location of the alleged infringing material (for example, the user name of the alleged infringer and the business listing it is posted under).
Authorization statement: Include the following statement: “I have a good faith belief that the use of the content on the G4 services as described above is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or law.”
Accuracy statement: Include the following statement: “I swear under penalty of perjury that the information in my notice is accurate and I am the copyright owner or I am authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.”

Signature: Provide your physical or electronic signature.
Submit the notification: Send a written communication to legal@g4.business.
You may be subject to liability if you knowingly make any misrepresentations in a take-down notice.
